I have a few suggestions...
1. Move the video editing training to just after we do our video lesson presentations. The gap between the editing class (which was a blast!) and the time we actually worked on our finished videos was so long I had to "re-learn" a good portion of what I discovered in the first class.
2. I know some of this technology is school district specific, but perhaps some technology as it relates to test taking/grading.
3. Again, this is likely school district specific, but more time spent on the Blackboard-type portal/tools used in various districts.
Overall a wonderful class. I learned a lot I will definitely incorporate into my teaching repertoire!
